New Article on the Role of Social Media in B2B Marketing

Together with two German professors, I wrote an overview article on Social Media Marketing for B2B companies. It is forthcoming in an edited book on Digitization in Sales, published by Springer. We discuss the role of Social Media for brand management, employer branding, PR, market research, advertising, new product development etc. The article provides an overview of recommendations that B2B managers should take into account when developing a social media strategy.
