College of Business Teaching Award

After my first year as a faculty at The University of Michigan-Dearborn, I have received the “Teacher of the Year (voted by students) Award”. Students from the ‘College of Business’ were encouraged to nominate professors. During the last semesters, I have taught introductory Marketing courses with am emphasis on digital Marketing at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. These courses combined relevant Marketing theories and frameworks, practical examples, case studies, applied term projects, and (if possible) guest presentations and company visits.

This is my third teaching award. In 2012, students of the University of Bamberg voted me as the best course instructor in the School of Social Sciences, Economics, and Business Administration (among more than 200 course instructors). In 2013, I have received the best student scholar teacher award by the Marketing Management Associations / LINKS simulation in New Orleans.
